    • Fast processor (1GHz or better)
    • As much RAM and hard drive as possible
    • TV capture card
    • Sound card
    • Reasonably good video card
    • CD burner, if you wish to archive
  • Video input (VCR, Cable, Satellite signal, digital video, etc.)
