Mixer Basics

Aumix - mixer app, allows you to set levels and choose input/output devices on your sound card. All of the apps (aumix, kmix, etc.) drive the same set of inputs/outputs.
- Command-line (scriptable), interactive and gtk use.
- Left-hand column of slides sets levels for input and output devices. Right column controls balance.
- Green buttons on left indicate selectable input devices. Red button indicates currently selected input device.
