/ldap/url/README: LDAP URL implementation for LibWWW and Mosaic

*Description

This directory contains a prototype implementation of the LDAP URL
Internet Draft.  The implementation is in the form of an LDAP URL
protocol module for the World Wide Web Library (libwww).  There are
patches for NCSA Mosaic 2.5 and some pre-compiled Mosaic binaries here
as well.  The patch files have some basic instructions at the beginning.

Note that this everything in this directory is at the prototype stage.
